This prosecco from Moretvini becomes a Superiore thanks to the perfect location of their vineyards, which can benefit from the warm sun throughout the day on the hills of San Pietro di Feletto. The appearance is bright and radiant, with a pale yellow colour and a light, delicate, persistent pearlisation. The aromas are reminiscent of white flowers, pear and apple, while the flavours are pleasantly dry. Made from 100% Glera grapes, this spumante has a residual sugar content of 9 g/l and an alcohol content of 11% vol. It is best served at a temperature of 4-6 °C and reveals its best qualities when served with fish dishes.
