The '1000 Perle' Prosecco Extra Brut Superiore DOCG Valdobbiadene from Moret Vini is a sparkling white wine made from 100% Glera and is best enjoyed with fish and light meat dishes and as an aperitif.
This Prosecco from Moretvini becomes a Superiore thanks to the perfect location of our vineyards, which can benefit from the warm sun all day on the hills of San Pietro di Feletto. The appearance of this wine is bright and radiant, with a pale yellow colour and a light, delicate and persistent pearlisation. The aromas recognise notes of white flowers, pear, apple and honey. The taste is slightly sweet. This spumante is made from 100% Glera grapes, has a residual sugar content of 15 g/l and an alcohol content of 11% vol. It is best served at a temperature of 4-6 °C and goes perfectly with an aperitif, with its best qualities coming out when paired with fish and light meat dishes. All our grapes are harvested by hand.
