The '120+1' Spumante Metodo Classico is a white sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir and is best enjoyed with fish and seafood, young cheeses and as an aperitif.
This sparkling wine is the result of a careful process in which Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed according to the strict standards of the Classic Method. After 10 years of ageing on the lees in a controlled temperature environment, the wine is disgorged with only wine from the same cuvée. This ensures a consistent and high quality from start to finish.
When poured, this wine reveals a beautiful straw yellow colour with golden reflections, highlighting its elegance and sophistication. The nose is welcomed with a fine, persistent and balanced bouquet, where hints of toasted hazelnuts and bread crust subtly emerge.
