The '153' Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry is a sparkling wine made from 100% Glera that can be perfectly drunk as an aperitif or with a delicate appetiser. This Valdobbiadene DOCG is the original Prosecco and is one of the highest quality. The vineyards are in Colbertaldo di Vidor, located in the distinctive area in Treviso, Veneto.
The unique characteristics of the region give the rich and authentic flavours to the wine which, thanks to the alcohol content of 11%, leads to a harmonious mouthfeel where freshness and balance emerge beautifully. Traditionally made using the Charmat method, the wine is a bubble that stands out and adds an extra bit of sparkle to the table.
