Croatina is the grape variety used for this red wine called MDCCXCII (1892). After a 12-day vinification process and a juice production of 60% pressing, the juice is refined in steel and cement vats. The deep ruby colour with nuances of garnet reveals the richness of this wine. The aroma is characterised by hints of red fruit, while the taste is intense and long-lasting. MDCCXCII (1892) has an alcohol content of 13 to 14.5% vol. This Bonarda from Oltrepò Pavese is ideal to pair with red meats, charcuterie and cheeses.
