The '1929' Verdeca IGP Valle d'Itria Bianco is a white natural wine made from 100% Verdeca that is best enjoyed with fish dishes and grilled vegetables.
This natural wine is an unfiltered wine with no additives or sulphites where no products or pesticides were used to influence the grapes during their growth either. The wine has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. As soon as the wine's twist-off cap is turned, fragrant aromas of white fruit, peach jump out of the bottle. The wine has a savoury minerality with an aftertaste that leaves the mouth dry. According to its maker, it is the purest expression of the estate on which Trulli il Castagno is located.
