The 'Ad Maiora' Bianco IGP Veneto Biologico is a white wine made from 100% Fleurtai that goes perfectly with pasta and savoury meat dishes. This unique white wine originates in the fertile plains of Meduna di Livenza, Veneto. Our vines grow on rich, prosperous soils that provide an ideal breeding ground for the Fleurtai grape varietal, a 100% PIWI grape variety resistant to common fungal diseases such as powdery mildew and powdery mildew. Harvesting starts in late August, when morning temperatures are still low. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed to obtain the precious must. This must is then fermented at a controlled temperature, thanks to carefully selected wild yeasts and certified organic methods. The result is a wine with an alcohol content of 12% vol and a subtle residual sugar level of around 2 g/l. This wine is best served between 8C and 10C, allowing its complex aromas to reach their full potential. The 'Ad Maiora' is a wine with fresh and spicy flavours, a complex aromatic profile and surprising drinkability. The wine reveals itself as full and lively on the palate, offering a harmonious balance between fruity accents and a pleasant spiciness.
