The ''Alvaro'' Grapariol Frizzante IGT Veneto is a white sparkling wine made from 100% Grapariol or Rabosa binaco that can be perfectly drunk as an aperitif. The wine has an intense straw yellow colour with a pleasant and persistent bubble. It has aromas of ripe white fruit and light citrus notes. The wine is fresh and has pleasant acidity. The acidity is striking and characteristic of this type of wine and reminiscent of the great better-known sparkling wines. The vineyards for this wine are on clay and limestone soils with a deep presence of caranto. After the grapes are harvested, the first fermentation takes place at natural temperatures followed by a second fermentation in bottle. Only 200 bottles of this wine are made annually. The wine has an alcohol content of 12% and is best enjoyed well chilled.
