This Cabernet Franc is full-bodied and spicy. It has a ruby red colour with purple hues. The wine has pleasant aromas of cherries, blackberries and light tones of green pepper. In the mouth it is a soft wine that is very full-bodied, this wine therefore goes well with hearty meat dishes.
Amandum's first stones were laid in Friuli by the tough Bianca who dared to take the plunge in a male-dominated world. Through her daughter Anna who was able to grow the beautiful winery considerably it ended up with the current owners, Enrico and Carlo Alberto who have made Amandum into an internationally appreciated winery.
