Cottini's Ambra Passito bianco is a delectable sweet wine with a brilliant golden yellow color. This exclusive wine is made from carefully dried Garganega grapes, picked from vines growing on the sun-drenched hills of volcanic origin around Lake Garda. Thanks to its unique terroir and location at the foot of Monte Baldo at 350 meters above sea level, the wine acquires its delicate fruity aroma and delicious sweet taste.
After a drying period of about four months in special drying rooms, the wine is vinified and then aged for two years in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by a further refinement of one year in bottle, ensuring perfect balance and complexity. With an alcohol content of 14%, this wine offers a rich and full flavor experience that is perfectly balanced with its sweet character.
The Ambra Passito bianco is the ideal companion to all kinds of desserts, from fruity cakes to creamy desserts such as panna cotta. Also as an ending to a festive dinner or to enjoy in good company, this wine comes into its own beautifully. Serve this wine preferably at a temperature of 10 to 12°C for the ultimate taste experience.
