Anita is a sophisticated sparkling rosé wine from Pozzolengo, made from a harmonious blend of Pinot Nero and Groppello. These grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected, then vinified in steel tanks. The wine first ages for three months on the fine lie, after which it undergoes a natural refermentation in the bottle, giving it a refined mousse and extra depth. The soil, rich in silt and clay, contributes to the fresh minerality and elegant structure of this wine.
In the glass, Anita shines with a light pink colour and a fine, persistent bubble. On the nose, delicate aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and red currant emerge, giving the wine a lively and fruity character. On the tongue, it is soft and enveloping, with a playful perlage, lively acidity and a creamy texture that pleasantly balances the wine.
This elegant sparkling rosé is perfect as an aperitif, but also goes well with pizza, sushi and delicate patisserie. Its fresh and mineral character makes it a versatile choice for different occasions. Serve chilled at 8-10°C to fully enjoy its fruity finesse and delicate mousse.
