The 'Antrum' IGT Verona Rosso is a sophisticated red wine made from the traditional grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. This particular blend produces a powerful and complex wine, ideal as a meditation wine or the perfect accompaniment to culinary delights. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected to use only the best fruit. After harvest, they are dried for 100 days, providing an intense concentration of flavors.
The wine has a deep, ruby red color and, when poured, reveals complex aromas of spice and a subtle hint of licorice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, preserving the wine's freshness and depth. The wine is then aged for 24 months in oak barrels, which provides an elegant structure and soft tannins. After bottling, the wine rests for another 6 months in bottle for perfect harmony.
