The 'Antrum' IGT Verona Rosso is a red wine made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella that is drunk as a meditation wine or with game.
This wine has an intense red colour with complex aromas of spices and liquorice that you perceive as soon as the wine is poured. The grapes are hand-picked and selected after which they are dried for 100 days. Fermentation of the wine takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature after which the wine is aged for 24 months in oak barrels with an additional 6 months in bottle.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
