Dit is echt heel mooi. Moet even op gang komen maar daarna perfecte balans in alles. Mooie fruitconcentratie van rode kersen en bosaardbei, fijne kruidigheid van laurier, kruidnagel en tabak. Frisse medium+ zuren. Licht aards in de neus, beetje leder ook. Zachte tonen van vanille en zoethout, Alles heel elegant en fris.De afdronk is lang en volop fris met een heel klein beetje restsuiker. Dit kan nog wel wat jaartjes liggen en zal nog gebalanceerder worden. Maar ja, in het wijnabonnement was deze niet met de kurk erop te houden.
