Alta Langa “Avremo” is a sparkling tribute to both the origin of the grapes and the vision of the winemaker. The name is an acronym of the three vineyards where the grapes grow - Avene, Remondà and Mortizzo - but it also carries a deeper meaning. “Avremo” means ‘we shall have’ and symbolizes a shared vision of the future, where family and community come together to achieve exceptional results.
The vineyards are located at altitudes between 420 and 550 meters, where Pinot Nero and Chardonnay are carefully cultivated. The grapes are harvested, vinified and aged separately. A third of the must undergoes fermentation in wooden barrels to develop additional complexity. After slow second fermentation, the wine matures in bottle for at least 30 months, creating a refined and elegant sparkling wine.
In the glass, a straw yellow color shines with emerald green reflections. The aroma opens with fresh notes of green apple and citrus, enriched with hints of hawthorn blossom, fresh hazelnuts and cookie. On the palate, the wine offers perfect balance and persistent flavor, with a creamy and seductive perlage that caresses the palate. The finish is clean, refreshing and subtly savory, making this Alta Langa an excellent choice for special moments.
