- 1x ‘1831’ Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico: The ‘1831’ Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico is a tribute to the family tradition of Azienda Agricola Gallo. The cuvée consists of 70% Pinot Nero, harvested in mid-August for freshness and structure, and 30% Chardonnay, picked later for fullness and softness. The wine is aged for a long time on yeast and has a Brut dosage.
- 1x ‘Cascina Cabonaldo’ Moscato d'Asti DOCG: Cascina Cabonaldo Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a sophisticated and aromatic sweet wine, originating from the sunny hills of Montabone in Piedmont. Moscato has been considered the true gold of the region here for centuries, producing wines of exceptional quality every year.
- 1x ‘Larbì’ Piemonte DOC Chardonnay: Larbì Piemonte DOC Chardonnay is a refined and expressive white wine, born of the desire to create a Chardonnay with wood aging. The grapes come from a young vineyard with a mainly sandy soil, which provides clusters of exceptional quality.
- 1x ‘Ciaplèn’ Dolcetto d'Asti DOC: Ciaplèn Dolcetto d'Asti DOC is a characterful red wine made from carefully selected Dolcetto grapes from Montabone. The name refers to the vineyard's unique soil, rich in marble fragments, known locally as Ciaplèn. This dry and not very fertile soil naturally limits the yield of the vines and produces grapes of exceptional quality.
- 1x 'DiveRso Acqui Secco DOCG: DiveRso is a unique expression of the Brachetto grape, a variation on the traditional style in which this grape is typically used for sweet and sparkling wines. Instead, DiveRso undergoes dry vinification, resulting in an intensely ruby red wine with remarkable structure and complexity.
- 1x ‘La Fea’ Barbera d'Asti DOCG: La Fea Barbera d'Asti DOCG is a tribute to Montabone's most iconic grape. Barbera has been grown here for generations and vinification according to tradition creates a wine with depth and elegance. Only the best grapes from the sunny slopes of La Fea, with their sandy soils, are selected.
