Product description

Vinification

Baby is a blend of two different grape varieties Grignolino(85%) and Brachetto (15%). Harvesting of the Brachetto is done in early September, while the Grignolino is picked in late September. After full vinification, these two wines are only blended together. Destemming of the grapes is done gently with subsequent fermentation on the skin in stainless steel tanks.
