The 2019 Barbera D'Asti from is characterised by a dark purple colour, with a fruity aroma and intense notes of red berry fruit. A soft, harmonious palate, good body, excellent structure with balanced acidity and excellent persistence.
Vinification
Strict manual harvesting is done from the best bunches in 15 kg crates when fully ripe. Destemming of the grapes is done gently with subsequent fermentation on the skin in stainless steel tanks. This process follows at controlled temperature for 15 days at 24-26°C. Regular beating and pumping over.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
