Bat is the name of this captivating and fun wine, just like its maker Battista Belvisi, a winemaker who calls himself that according to his friends. Bat is a red wine obtained from a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Alicante, which surprises us with its freshness and drinkability, with fresh red fruits and pomegranate, and concludes with a nice savoury finish. The grapes come from volcanic soils. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. No filtrations or clarifications take place at bottling. Versatile in combination with meat and fish. Serving temperature: 14 °C.
