BBéCCE - Bianco Lazio IGT is a pure and artisanal orange wine, made entirely from 100% Procanico, from vineyards on volcanic soils with tuff and sand layers. The southwest exposure at 436 metres altitude and careful early-morning manual harvesting ensure that the grapes retain their freshness and aromatic intensity.
Vinification begins with a natural pied de cuve, which is prepared five days before main fermentation. The grapes undergo maceration on the skins without temperature control in open vats, which contributes to the wine's unique texture and complexity. After fermentation, the wine is separated into 50% stainless steel and 50% fibreglass, where it matures for 11 months. In the final month, the two batches are combined for final ageing and then bottled without clarification or filtering.
BBéCCE is a natural wine with a distinct character, in which minerality and structure come together beautifully. Every detail of this wine, including the hand-painted bottles, highlights the artisanal approach and respect for the terroir. The bottle matures for a minimum of 12 months before release, which gives the wine an extra layer of finesse and balance.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
