The 'Bianco dei Confini' Manzoni Bianco DOC Piave is a white wine made from 100% Manzoni Bianco that is best drunk with asparagus.
The wine has straw yellow intense colour and aromas of ripe fruit. The mouthfeel is intense and fruity. The wine has a pleasant aftertaste despite its full body. The wine has an alcohol content of 14% and is best drunk well chilled.
A nice solid white wine that will not look out of place with any distinct dish.
