A blend of 30% Cinsault, 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, 15% White Press and 15% Rosé Press, this wine draws its character from diverse terroirs, ranging from sandy stone and clayey stone.
With both young and old grapes, this wine is a natural red wine.
With both young and old vines grown organically and harvested by hand, Biquette has a modest yield of 30Hl/hectare in the 2022 vintage. The winery embraces a natural approach where fermentation occurs spontaneously without external additives. Cold pre-fermentation infusion is followed by liquid-phase fermentation. Vinification and ageing take place exclusively in stainless steel vats, with no addition of SO2.
At bottling, the wine is re-conditioned in stainless steel.
At bottling, nature is once again given free rein. Unclarified and unfiltered, the wine receives only a homeopathic dose of SO2 during the bottling process. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol, Biquette Red presents a very light garnet-red colour and a delicate fruity nose with notes of crushed strawberries and a floral scent.

Deze wijn heeft bij het inschenken een lichte kleur, eerste smaak is 'druivensap' heel puur en dus veel fruit, concentratie, kersen, iets tannine. Met een lange, fruitige afdronk. Heel lekker bij zachte kaas. Leuk dat biowijn echt te proeven is.
