Product description
The Blanc de Noirs Trocken 2022 is a bright rose made from mostly dark Riesling grapes and is best enjoyed with ravioli, quiche with leeks and bacon, and swiss salads.
The Blanc de Noirs 2022 is a surprising white wine made from dark Riesling grapes. Careful pressing and vinification create a pure white wine style with no red tones, despite the grape variety. The wine has fruity aromas of pear and apple in the nose, followed by juicy notes of pear, red apple and citrus fruit on the palate. The acidity is perfectly balanced, with a long, fresh finish. Fully aged in stainless steel vats, the wine comes from terroirs with rich Gipskeuper soil, which contributes to its minerality. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this wine offers drinking pleasure until 2027 at a temperature of 6-8°C.
Vintage characteristics: The 2022 vintage began dry, but found its balance thanks to rainfall in September. This late fall rain compensated for the initially high must weights and provided a nice freshness.
Wine pairing: This Blanc de Noirs is an excellent choice with ravioli with a porcini stuffing, quiche with leeks and bacon, or a Swiss sausage salad with cheese.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
