Bonarda dell'Oltrepò Pavese D.O.C. is a lively wine made from the Croatina grape. This wine undergoes a 6-8 day maceration and is then aged in steel and cement barrels. With its deep ruby colour and nuances of garnet, it reveals an aroma of small red fruits. The taste is soft, persistent and full-bodied. Bonarda has an alcohol content of 13% vol.
