With a blend of two-thirds pinot noir and one-third chardonnay sourced from 40-year-old vines, this cuvée shows a perfect balance between freshness, power and elegance.
The base wine is from 2021, supplemented by 30% reserve wine from a perpetual reserve maintained since 1982. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, with malolactic fermentation for extra softness and depth. After 18 to 24 months of aging in bottle, with manual remuage, the wine achieves its characteristic finesse. The dosage of 8 grams per litre contributes to its balanced flavour profile.
