This Champagne combines the techniques of rosé de saignée and blending rosé. The base wine is from 2021, supplemented by 20% reserve wine, and after a 24-month ageing in bottle, with manual remuage, the wine achieves its characteristic refinement. The dosage is 5 grams per litre, which contributes to its delicate balance. Producing only 4,000 bottles a year, this Brut Rosé Grand Cru is a rare and exclusive creation.
