The Cabernet Franc IGP Trevenezie Biologico is a red wine made from 100% Cabernet Franc and is an ideal companion for light to medium meat dishes and cheeses. This wine has a clean, unmistakable aroma that makes it instantly recognisable. The clayey soil provides very intense pigmentation, complex aromatic sensations, softness and longevity. Our vines are rooted in the soil of Pasiano di Pordenone, Pordenone, in the beautiful Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The Cabernet Franc grape variety thrives perfectly here, trained according to the Sylvoz system. The harvest period extends from 25 September to 15 October, choosing carefully selected and ripe grapes. Red vinification with an 8-10-day maceration ensures the full flavour and character of this wine. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol and a slight residual sugar of about 3 g/lt, this wine is perfectly balanced and inviting. Keep it at 15¡C and serve at an ideal temperature of 16C to bring out all the complex aromas and flavours. The CABERNET FRANC IGP Trevenezie Organic presents itself as an intense ruby red wine. Its bouquet is characterised by aromas of mixed red fruits and wild cherries. On tasting, the right amount of tannins and spicy notes emerge, providing a harmonious taste experience. This wine is an excellent companion for red meats, flavoursome roasts and first courses with meat.
