Our Piedmont DOC Rosé is a refined and elegant wine made from 100% Barbera grapes. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand in small baskets, after which they undergo gentle pressing. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, which preserves the wine's freshness and lively fruity notes.
This beautiful rosé has a deep color and refreshing character, perfect for summer moments. With its subtle balance of fruity and fresh notes, it lends itself perfectly as an aperitif. It also pairs excellently with fish dishes and is a surprisingly good choice with a pizza.
The vineyards are located in Castel Boglione, at an altitude of 420 meters and with an eastern exposure, which contributes to the complexity and finesse of the wine. The vines, with an average age of 25 years, produce grapes of exceptional quality, which is clearly reflected in the taste of this elegant rosé.
