The grapes undergo traditional rosé vinification, with a short contact between the juice and the skins, followed by immediate separation and fermentation at a temperature of 12° -13°C. The result? A lively rosé with a seductive personality.
After aging in stainless steel tanks and further development in the bottle, positioned horizontally for optimal flavour development, you get a wine with a beautiful antique pink colour that just begs to be drunk.
