In Castagnole Monferrato, located in the picturesque Monferrato area of Piedmont, and Castiglione Tinella, located in the enchanting Langhe region, this beautiful white wine thrives. Our vineyards are nurtured and tended, each with its unique microclimate and terroir, to bring the Viognier grapes to full maturity.
With a focus on traditional white winemaking, our grapes undergo a careful process of gentle pressing on the marc, preserving the delicate aromas and flavours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, maintaining the wine's freshness and vibrancy.
On pouring, you will see a crystal-clear straw yellow colour that reflects the purity and freshness of the wine.
On smelling the wine, you are greeted by a persistent and intense aroma, with typical hints of fresh fruit and striking notes of wild flowers. It is like a walk through a blooming meadow on a summer's day.
