The name "Falanghina" comes from the Latin word "phalange", meaning "tied to a pole", referring to the wooden stakes that have traditionally supported this grape variety. It’s also said that Falanghina is a descendant of Falerno Bianco, an ancient white wine from Campania, known since the days of the ancient Romans. This wine carries a rich history, a legacy you can taste in its special flavor.
With its straw-yellow color, the Falanghina has a soft, welcoming glow. The scent is varied and enchanting: strong fruity and floral notes mix with gentle spicy hints and a touch of minerality.
