The Canto del Grillo from Abbazia San Giorgio has a beautiful amber yellow colour, obtained through maceration on the skins. In the glass it is clear, but may contain residue in the bottle due to the lack of filtration. The aroma is fruity, while on the palate it blossoms with fragrance and minerality. No residual sugars are present. Canto del Grillo by Abbazia San Giorgio is a wine that goes well with starters in general, but stands out particularly with fish and shellfish-based dishes.
