The 'Ceneo' Montecucco Rosso DOC 2021 is a red wine made from 100% Sangiovese that is best drunk with red meat, game and mature cheeses.
The wine has an intense ruby red colour. On the nose, the wine has aromas of dark and ripe wild fruits. On the palate, the experience is one with balanced tannins and a full structure. The manually selected and picked grapes are gently crushed and destemmed in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 degrees.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
