Cascina Del Vento's Cento + 3 Vino Rosso is a completely organic and natural wine made from Dolcetto and Barbera grapes. The wine was created to celebrate the centenary of the San Nicolao vineyard, which has been cultivated by numerous generations of the family. The name of the wine also logically changes with the year, for example, next year the wine will be called Cento + 4. The wine is in the heavier range at 16.5% and should be well aired before being consumed with a hearty meal. The wine is naturally aged in chestnut wood.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
