The grapes for this Barbera come from the vineyards of Santa Rosalia, where careful selection and strict yield limitation - only one bunch per branch - ensure a wine of exceptional quality. After 12 months of aging in French oak tonneaux, a full-bodied, juicy and concentrated wine develops with a wonderful balance of freshness and depth.
In the glass, an intense ruby color shines through, while the aroma reveals a rich blend of ripe berries, spice and red fruit. On the palate, the wine is powerful and dry, with a refreshing acidity typical of Barbera. The structure is harmonious and the finish long and layered, making this wine particularly suitable for further aging. An elegant and structured Barbera, designed to evolve even further with age.
