The 'Centobricchi' Langhe Bianco Viognier, one of Sebaste's three white wines goes very well with fish, shellfish, as well as excellent with foie gras, cheese and white meat.
Vine variety: 100% Viognier
Origin: the vineyards are located in Serralunga and Diano d'Alba.
Soil type: loose soil tending to limestone
Harvest: mid-September with slight over-ripening, by hand
Aging: after vinification, this wine matures for 6-8 months in 400-litre French oak barrels. Bottling normally takes place around June in the year after the harvest, followed by a further 6/8 months of aging in bottle.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery.
