The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOP is a Rosé made from 100% Montepulciano that goes well with grilled fish, elaborate drinks boards and lighter cheeses.
The wine has a deep pink colour with aromas of blossom and fresh fruit. The grapes are hand-picked in October where they are chilled for 1.5 days before being pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place for 6 months under controlled temperatures after which the wine is left to mature in bottle for a further 3 months. The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5% and should be drunk at a temperature of 10/12 degrees

The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
