Product description
The Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC Classico is the fresh and elegant rosé version of the Bardolino, a wine that perfectly responds to changing times and modern wine trends. With its light alcohol content, pronounced minerality and immediate drinkability, this wine not only goes extremely well with Mediterranean cuisine, but also surprisingly well with spicy and exotic world dishes.
The wine is produced on Morainic hills around Calmasino di Bardolino (VR), where the vines are traditionally planted as pergolas. The blend consists of 80% Corvina, 10% Rondinella and 10% Molinara. After gentle pressing of the whole, undestemmed grapes, fermentation follows at controlled temperature using a pied de cuve of Molinara grapes. The wine then ages for three to four months on the fine lie in stainless steel, adding to its complexity and structure.
The result is a pale pink wine with brilliant salmon-pink reflections. On the nose, it is fresh, with floral and citrus aromas, while on the palate it excels with lively minerality and invigorating flavours of pink grapefruit and passion fruit. This Chiaretto is a refined and approachable wine that lights up any occasion with its lively character and versatility at the table.

To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:

12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
