ClimbWines I "Bouldering" is the perfect introduction to the world of wine - playful, direct and surprisingly layered. Just as bouldering in mountaineering is an approachable but powerful way to get introduced to climbing, this wine offers an accessible experience without sacrificing character. It is all about pure pleasure, enjoyment without risk, and at the same time an adventure of discovery for the senses.
This white cuvée is a harmonious fusion of Weissburgunder, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc - three grapes that each contribute their unique qualities. The wine was carefully crafted via a selective harvest, followed by a short skin soaking and partial fermentation on the skins. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks ensures full freshness and aromatic refinement.
In the glass, ClimbWines I reveals a fruity nose with lively notes of peach and fresh tangerine. Despite the light alcohol content of 11.5%, the wine possesses a surprisingly firm core, which gives it structure and tension. The elegant slim bottle with high-quality screw cap completes the picture: this is wine for those who want to enjoy without detours - playful, social and yet with substance. A real "boulder" among wines, ready to make every moment special.
