The Cloè rosé from Abbazia San Giorgio is made from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes, sourced from volcanic soils. Cloè has a vibrant ruby red colour reminiscent of coral. On the nose, it reveals intriguing Mediterranean notes of pomegranate and red fruit. On the palate, it is refreshing with the full influence of the Mediterranean: sun-drenched vineyards and the salty notes of the sea. This is a special wine that surprises with its versatility when paired with different dishes, whether vegetarian or with meat or fish. In the vineyard, the approach is non-interventionist, with spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts and no filtration. Serve at a temperature of 10°C.
