This white wine from La Smeralda is made from a selection of carefully chosen grapes prescribed in the Colline Novaresi DOC .This wine goes perfectly with hors d'oeuvres and elaborate fish dishes.
In the wine cellar, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place at controlled temperature, after which the wine is stabilised and aged without the interference of any chemical adjuvants. The wine has distinct aromas of herbs and wild flowers and has a subtle attack with a nice persistence and slightly savoury finish.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
