The Cortema Vino Bianco is a white wine that goes well with fish-based starters and white meat. The soil on which the vines are planted consists of calcareous marl. The harvest is done manually, during the growth of the grapes the bunches are thinned to ensure the quality of the finished products. The alcohol content is 12.5%
This Cortese undergoes gentle pressing and is then partially aged in French oak and partially in steel tanks. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation but retains high acidity.
The wine has a straw yellow colour. The aroma is tropical with a hint of white fruit. The minerality of this wine is powerful and delicate vegetal notes can be detected. The taste is harmonious and the wine has a fine structure. The ideal serving temperature of this Cortese is between 6 and 8 degrees. So make sure you put this wine in the fridge in good time.
