This Corvina from Fugolo comes from Pescantina from the vineyard called 'Campagna'. The wine is made from 100% Corvina Veronese grapes that are hand-picked. The grapes are first dried after which the pressed grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures.
The wine has a ruby red colour with a scent tending towards the Corvina hills that gradually releases more delicate scents of berries and cherries. The wine pairs perfectly with red meat, game and aged cheeses. Ideally served at 16 degrees.
