This dessert wine from 100% Catarratto is a beautifully pronounced wine that, with its full body, can accompany any dessert superbly. Production area of this wine is in the Marsala region. It has a colour similar to white paper and has an aroma reminiscent of almonds. The taste is distinctly sweet with a clear almond flavour. With an alcohol content of 16.00% vol and a sugar content of 250 g/l, it is an excellent choice to serve at a cool temperature of 12/14 °C. This wine is an excellent dessert wine, perfect to pair with Sicilian dry pastries, but also delicious with fruit salads with pineapple, kiwi and strawberries, or served with ice cream accompanied by butter biscuits.
