The Cremovo Aromatizzato Dolce is a dessert wine made from Grillo and Catarratto that beautifully accompanies sweet desserts such as tiramisu, creams and local speciality zabaglione.
The wine is produced in the Marsala area and has a deep, dark amber colour. The aroma is rich in aromatic notes. On tasting, the pronounced sweetness with a remarkable taste of egg stands out. With an alcohol content of 16.00% vol and a sugar content of 250 g/lt, the wine undergoes a minimum wood maturation of 4 months for Marsala's base wine. Its specific composition makes the wine invigorating, energetic and particularly pleasant on the palate. This wine goes extremely well with zabaglione and is ideal for preparing sweet dishes, creams and tiramisu.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
