L'étable Fumé (ORANGE): A funky hayride. Dry and effervescent, with a wild terroir. Produced with organic wine grapes, juicy pear and aromas of dried quince and rosemary on oak.
Rouge en Voiture (RED): Juicy tannins, full and dry, with an aromatic volcanic terroir. Lively red fruit, wood, with a subtle effervescence. Produced from organic wine grapes, rhubarb and red currant on oak and kombucha. Aromas of blackberry leaf, hibiscus and cocoa.
Balade Minerale (WHITE): A briny sea breeze. Fresh and dry. A terroir full of minerals, with a subtle effervescence. Produced with organic wine grapes, infused with oyster shells. green gooseberry, dulse, pine needles and oak. *allergens: may contain traces of shellfish.
Serve Cul Sec chilled, around 9C degrees. after opening, consume within 5 days. ALC <0.5%.
