Ddefiu is a white wine made from 100% Zibibbo and is best drunk with a variety of cheeses, such as brie and blue cheeses.
Ddefiu is a wine obtained from 100% Zibibbo grapes, partly wrinkled on the plant, grown as bush vines in the Pantesco estate, part of the UNESCO World Heritage site. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for two months, it is a late harvest. In the nose it is intriguing, an explosion of Pantelleria scents: dried figs, honey and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and slightly sweet, with a pleasantly salty finish. Great paired with soft cheeses such as brie and blue cheeses; it is both a meditative wine and suitable for meals.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
