This natural wine is an enchanting sweet dessert wine originated in Montaldo Bormida in the rolling hills of Piedmont. The wine has a unique character thanks to its careful 18-month maturation in oak barrels that brings a refined and balanced taste experience.

This sumptuous dessert wine presents itself with an alcohol content of 15% vol, giving it a warm and generous character. A total of 8 mg/l of SO2 was developed during fermentation, contributing to the wine's stability and maintaining its natural freshness.
The Dolce Passo reveals its harmonious palate best when served at an ideal drinking temperature between 18° and 20°C. This wine perfectly complements various gastronomic experiences.
