Garoglio Davide's Eccentrico is a red wine made from 100% Grignolino that goes perfectly with charcuterie, medium-aged cheeses and oily fish. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in steel tanks with a 5-day maceration. The wine is then aged for a year in tanks with a 6-month run-out in bottle. The delicate light ruby-coloured red wine is dry. Soft and pleasantly bitter. On the palate, it is a fruity and tannic wine
