The Edition Cuvée L is a red wine from the Mosel region in Germany produced by Weingut Marx. The wine is made from the grape varieties Blauer Spätburgunder and Cabernet Mithos. The wine goes well with game dishes, lamb and strong cheeses.
The wine is dry in taste and offers a powerful, full flavour profile with an intense aroma of blackcurrants. It is produced using conventional methods, with a combination of skin soaking and ageing in barriques. The grapes grow on soils of shell limestone, which contributes to the wine's complex minerality.
