The Elbling Classic from Weingut Marx, from the Saarland region, Mosel in Germany, is a top choice for lovers of fresh and light wines. Made from the Elbling grape, this 2022 wine offers an alcohol content of 10.5% vol. and falls into the category of quality German wine from the Mosel region.
The wine is semi-dry in taste and has a bright, refreshing character with subtle aromas of citrus and green apple.
The wine is aged in a stainless steel tank and is produced using conventional methods. The grapes grow on soils of shell limestone, which contributes to the wine's unique minerality. Best served at 6-8°C, this wine is an excellent accompaniment to light dishes or as a refreshing drink in between.
